Job Purpose (Accountability)
- Perform inspection,repair, fabrication, overhaul, of aircraft interior components and other relate components under capability to ensure that they meet the requirements of manufacturer and local authority requirement in a timely manner and to sufficiant support aircraft in operation.
Duties /
Responsibilities
- Perform fabrication, Clean, inspect and repair of aircraft cabin carpets on company aircraft following original equipment manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Order (MO) Fabrication Order (FO) issued by Engineering Division.
- Perform fabrication or repair of aircraft cargo nets following original equipment manufacture manual and/or Maintenance Order (MO) Fabrication Order (FO) issued by Engineering Division.
- Perform fabrication repair and cleaning of aircraft cabin curtains following original equipment manufacturer manuals and/or Maintenance Order (MO) Fabrication Order (FO) issued by Engineering Division.
- Inspection, Overhaul and servicing of aircraft component under approved capability such passenger and crew life vests, oxygen, fire extingushers following original equipment manufacture manual and or Maintenance Order (MO).
- responsible to record and notify any inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous procedure, practice information or maintenance instruction contained in the maintenance data used.
- Review and complete of work order and task cards to ensure full fill all data requirement included attach requirement concern document. And signing close work order and task cards.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in work shop in good condition, calibration and report if any to their management.
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, and workstations neat; complying with procedures,in accordance with MOE and Division Standard Operation Manual(SOP).
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- arry out all concerned duties regarding Quality, Safety & Security required by company.
