Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing

Responsibilities
- Oversee both Paid and Owned Channels for the MX E-Store division, optimizing performance metrics such as revenue, orders, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Manage agency relationships to achieve efficient marketing outcomes, focusing on key performance indicators (CPI, CPC, CPA, CPO, and ROAS).
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment across all MX device series. Coordinate with the graphic design team to produce high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging and format.
- Analyze and report performance data across business units to align with targets and provide actionable insights.
- Drive channel expansion efforts for Samsung.com and the Samsung Shop App from a marketing perspective.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance search engine visibility, increase traffic, and improve conversion rates. Oversee referral programs and social media activities to boost customer engagement and sales.
- Manage digital advertising efforts, including paid search, display advertising, and algorithmic models, to optimize campaign performance.
- Ensure effective communication and execution of promotional content across all internal and external channels.
- Oversee campaign management and budget allocation while maintaining CPA, ROI, and overall ad optimization.
- Develop strategies to acquire new customers through emerging digital channels, partnerships, and innovative marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience on ecommerce campaign management from digital media Minimum of 5 years of experience in eCommerce campaign management, either within a digital media agency or an in-house marketing unit.
- Expertise in paid search and display advertising; experience with other digital channels is a plus.
- Strong background in direct response marketing and ROI-driven campaign management.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sources.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and CRM.
- Hands-on experience with industry-leading marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tag Management, and Affiliate Platforms.
- Strong ability to multitask, manage high-pressure situations, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
