Job Summary (ลักษณะงานโดยย่อ)
- บำรุงรักษา ควบคุมและรับผิดชอบดูแลอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าสำหรับระบบหม้อไอน้ำ, ระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานความร้อนและพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ให้ได้ตามแผนการหรือความต้องการของลูกค้า
- รับผิดชอบต่อคุณภาพ และแผนงานบริหารให้แล้วเสร็จ บรรลุตามเป้าหมาย
- ออกแบบ และปรับปรุงพัฒนา กระบวนการทำงานเพื่อลด loss ในงานบำรุงรักษาด้วยเทคโนโลยีใหม่ ๆ
Key Responsibilities (หน้าที่งาน)
- จัดทำและดำเนินการตามแผนการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM), การบำรุงรักษาตามสภาพ (CBM) และการหยุดซ่อมบำรุงตามวาระ (SD) รวมถึงกำลังพลและอะไหล่ที่จำเป็น
- วิเคราะห์ รายงานและดำเนินการมาตรการป้องกันความผิดปกติอุปกรณ์ในกระบวนการผลิตไอน้ำและไฟฟ้า
- ค้นหาและดำเนินการปิด Gap loss ในกระบวนการเดินเครื่องจักร
Qualifications (คุณสมบัติ)
- ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า (GPA > 2.70)
- มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษในระดับดี โดยมีคะแนน TOEIC ตั้งแต่ 550 คะแนนขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้เรื่องซ่อมบำรุงอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าทั้งภาคกำลังและระบบวัดคุมในระบบหม้อไอน้ำ, ระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าความร้อน และไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านงานบำรุงรักษาโรงไฟฟ้าและพลังงานทางเลือก 3 ปีขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีประสบการณ์ลงมือทำงาน, ใช้เครื่องมือและแก้ปัญหาหน้างานด้วยตัวเอง
- มีทักษะการบริหารจัดการ ทีมงาน และวางแผนการบำรุงรักษาเครื่องจักร ได้ดี
- สามารถเดินทางไปปฏิบัติงานต่างจังหวัด ตาม site ลูกค้าได้
- Programming และบำรุงรักษา Scada/PLC Siemens ในระบบหม้อไอน้ำหรือผลิตไฟฟ้า O&M ระบบไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ Huawei, Sungrow
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานประจำ บริษัท อีโค่ แพลนท์เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด ต.บ้านครัว อ.บ้านหมอ จ.สระบุรี
