Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Support

  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and business itineraries.
  • Prioritize and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Screen and manage incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls.
  • Prepare daily briefings, meeting agendas, and executive summaries.

2. Meeting Coordination

  • Organize executive, management, and board-related meetings.
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.
  • Track action items and follow up with relevant departments.
  • Ensure timely distribution of meeting documents in accordance with corporate governance requirements.

3. Communication & Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure timely execution of management directives.
  • Draft professional correspondence, announcements, and executive communications.
  • Communicate effectively with business partners, consultants, government agencies, and other external parties when required.

4. Document & Information Management

  • Prepare, review, and organize confidential reports, contracts, presentations, and corporate documents.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for both electronic and physical records.
  • Safeguard confidential information and sensitive business documents.

5. Administrative Management

  • Arrange domestic and international business travel, accommodations, and expense claims.
  • Coordinate company events, executive visits, and corporate activities.
  • Support special projects and other assignments as delegated.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or Executive Assistant.

  • Experience in a public listed company is highly preferred.

  • Experience in the real estate or property development industry is an advantage.

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Thai.
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
