OBJECTIVE
รับผิดชอบงานด้านบัญชีรายรับของบริษัท โดยดูแลการบันทึกรายการรายได้จากลูกค้าและคู่ค้าในระบบ SAP อย่างถูกต้องแม่นยำพร้อมจัดทารายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อนำเสนอต่อหัวหน้าหน่วยงานและผู้บริหาร รวมถึงให้ข้อมูลกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีเมื่อมีการตรวจสอบงบการเงิน
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. บันทึกรายการรายได้จากลูกค้าและคู่ค้าหลังส่งมอบบริการ โดยดาเนินการผ่านระบบบัญชี SAP
2. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบแจ้งหนี้ และการรับชำระเงินจากลูกค้าให้ตรงกับรายการบัญชี
3. จัดทารายงานด้านบัญชีรายรับ เพื่อส่งให้หัวหน้าแผนกตรวจสอบก่อนนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
4. จัดเตรียมเอกสารและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องให้กับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีภายนอก/ภายใน
5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า และฝ่ายบัญชีต้นทุน เพื่อความถูกต้องของรายได้
6. พัฒนาและปรับปรุงกระบวนการด้านบัญชีรายจ่ายให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
7. สนับสนุนงานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้าแผนก
