OBJECTIVE
ควบคุมและดูแลการจัดทาบัญชีรายรับ รายจ่าย รวมถึงรายการระหว่างกัน (RPT) ให้ถูกต้อง ครบถ้วน และเป็นไปตามกระบวนการทางบัญชีและนโยบายของบริษัท เพื่อสนับสนุนการบริหารงบประมาณ การจัดทำงบการเงิน และการรายงานที่เชื่อถือได้สำหรับการตัดสินใจระดับองค์กร
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)
1. ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารบัญชีทั้งด้านรายรับและรายจ่ายให้เป็นไปตามหลักการบัญชีและนโยบายของบริษัท
2. ตรวจสอบและควบคุมการบันทึกรายการบัญชีของทีม Accounts Receivable และ Accounts Payable
3. วิเคราะห์และจัดทารายงานทางบัญชี รวมถึงจัดเตรียมข้อมูลประกอบงบการเงิน
4. ประสานงานกับผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชีทั้งภายในและภายนอก เพื่อชี้แจงรายการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
5. ดูแลและจัดทารายการระหว่างกัน (RPT) ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วน และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานการรายงาน
6. สนับสนุนการจัดเตรียมข้อมูลเพื่อใช้ในการตรวจสอบภาษี และการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานที่กำกับดูแล
7. ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายการเงิน ฝ่ายกฎหมาย และหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การทำงานทางบัญชีเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและแม่นยำ
