Location : Head Office RAMA3 : Hybrid Onsite 3 Days /week

Job Purpose:

· Responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by identifying defects, conducting tests, and validating that the software functions as expected

Job Description / Responsibilities

· Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback.

· Conducting thorough reviews of product specifications and software design to identify potential areas of concern before testing.

· Designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts to ensure software quality.

· Performing functional, regression, performance, and security testing to identify bugs or defects.

· Create and maintain automation test scripts using robotframework, appium for mobile app and postman, new man for API (Backend) testing.

· Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and testing needs.

· Identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, ensuring clear communication of issues and their resolutions.

· Ensuring the software meets customer and business requirements by validating the functionality and performance.

· Create and maintain user manuals, guides, and other technical documentation.

Assisting in continuously improving QA processes, tools, and best practices to enhance software testing efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a quality assurance engineer, software tester, or similar role with expertise in manual and automated testing.
• Experience with API testing and mobile app testing (iOS and Android).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in automation programming skills on mobile app and API backend testing, especially with robotframework, postman
• Understanding of database management systems and SQL for data verification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology and JIRA tool.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good English communication.
