Job Description:

MISSION
  • Manage operationally the end-to-end Service Supply Chain in the country, including Sourcing/Purchasing, Planning & Logistic
  • Dealing both IG (Intra Group) and OG (Outside Group procurement) activities
  • Drive the performance of Supply Chain organization for Service Operations for the country, enabling the profitable project and service business growth
  • Define the Supply chain strategy in all dimensions, align with business. Select, prioritize and focus on strategic deliverables as per processes to bring better efficiency and consistency
  • Act as a member of the validation process of the country supply chain strategy and in charge of its deployment in his/her perimeter.
  • Secure supply chain risk assessment and mitigation with a continuous improvement approach to reduce Non-Quality Costs, and contribute to minimize their impact on customer and the business.
  • Contribute to the Solution business excellence by optimization of Supply Chain through the Tailored Supply Chain approach.
  • Provide purchased goods and services on the best available parameters of cost, time, quality, safety and sustainability, and ensure that the specific added value is recognized by the customers.
  • Drive innovation & digitization
  • Customer first attitude and ensure a strong purchasing compliance within the zone & entities. And develop domain knowledge and expertise

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitate & Working closely with Country Services Operations and Tendering team to create optimized purchasing proposals. Secure supplier selection and qualification on a total Cost of Ownership basis, to meet customer's needs, using best skills and technology while minimizing cost/risks and maximizing service levels.
  • Review/Assess risks on supply chain, contribute to mitigation plan with suppliers (IG/OG), execute the associated action plans and management the changes.
  • Secure T &C ’s with suppliers (Back to Back clauses) and ensure that a proper flow down of customer T &Cs is negotiated with the suppliers
  • Leverage strategic sourcing through commodity management and partnership. Perform supplier management by establishing and maintaining positive relationships with potential & existing suppliers at local, reginal and global level
  • Manage recurrent and non-recurrent, non-standard purchases with diverse scopes and technology, with proper processes and tools. Focus on specialization in nonstandard purchase methodology and ensure that supplies are available as per Project needs.
  • Ensure for both Selling and Execution phases, full compliance of Supply Chain process with company policy
  • Create effective logistics flow design at Selling stage and ensure that planning and scheduling is optimized in line with the Service Ops needs
  • Anticipate any impact of customer changes on supplier delivery to avoid inventory and cash issues, and from supplier deviation on customer schedule to avoid penalties. Monitor and control the changes and claims during execution, in order to minimize the risk and secure and/or improve the project margin, while optimizing the impact on the Project cash curve.
  • Create a lean & optimized supply chain logistics set up within the country to ensure a smooth operations, starting from issuance of Purchase Orders, conduct scheduling and follow the deliveries. Perform goods receipt (generating revenue recognition), organize shipment based on incoterms and import/export clearances with service providers. Manage on site inventory/stock management/ Site work means management to support Site & commissioning

What qualifications will make you successful?

Requirements Education
  • Professional Supply Chain Certification (CPSM, ISM etc.) is a plus
  • Preferred University Bachelor/Master Degree (Engineering and/or Supply Chain & Logistics)

Language requirements
  • English fluency is a must
  • Another language will be valuable
  • Experience- Minimum 5 years ’ experience in Supply Chain
  • Services or Project experience in supply chain operations within the Project/Solution environment is an added advantage

Skills requirements
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills, effective in a cross cultural environment to foster collaboration
  • Proven leadership skills in Project context, focusing on business objectives. Ability to influence & convince in a complex matrix organization
  • Change management abilities and process driven approach with a continuous improvement mindset
