Job Responsibilities.

• Carry out the completion of FAI Reports on new products and submit to customer.

• Manage incoming inspection on raw material to meet the company's requirements and ensured all materials had good quality before releasing to the production line.

• Handle and follow up all supplier containment actions, corrective and preventive actions (SCAR).

• Control and take care of in-process inspection to make sure that it is well aligned with the quality standard.

• Response for quality issue, take ownership to communicate with customer and ensure that the actions will be in plan.

• Handle for customer complaints including corrective and preventive action with follow up on effectiveness (8D).

• Make sure the equipments are calibrated correctly and give accurate readings in line with standards.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering field.

• At least 5 years of working experience in quality function.

• Good knowledge in ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001.

• Strong in problem solving, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.

• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication skills, work as a team and good negotiation skill.

• Good command in English.
