Chemical Process Engineer Staff (Rod End)

Location: Banwa Factory, Thailand

Job Description:

• Process Standardization: Apply chemical engineering theories to set up, review, and maintain process standards that meet customer and industrial specifications.

• Lab & Chemical Control: Create and monitor solution titration calculation sheets; oversee chemical laboratory operations.

• Technical Expert & Leadership: Act as the technical point of contact for customers; lead the team during new chemical process installations.

• Safety & Compliance: Partner with Safety & Environment teams to manage hazardous materials safely.

• Troubleshooting: Review and analyze process/product failures to develop effective corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome! Academic or internship experience in chemical processing or special manufacturing processes is a plus.

• Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of Special Processes, chemical processing, or NDT techniques.

• Familiarity with industry standards (Nadcap, AMS, ASTM, ASME) is preferred.

• Hands-on knowledge of chemical laboratory operations.

• Software: Competent in MS Office and standard engineering tools.

• Language: Fair command of English with a TOEIC score of 550+.
