• Act as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and project execution.
• Develop and present strategic proposals and project budgets aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, creative, media) to deliver high-quality work.
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met.
• Business Development & Growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue from existing and new clients.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and cultivate long-term partnerships.
• Lead pitches, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business.
• Strategic & Creative Leadership.
• Stay informed on market trends, industry best practices, and competitor strategies.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance clients' marketing strategies.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performance team environment.
• AE Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or business development.
• AM Level: 3-6+ years of experience, with strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Candidates to be fully fluent in Thai and strong command of English; Chinese language proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote).
