• About the Role.
• As a Solution Consultant at CODIUM, you'll work with our Sales, PM, and Tech teams to design and present solutions from workflow automation and enterprise systems to AI-based products that match our clients' needs and business goals. You'll be client-facing from the first discovery call to the final handshake.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Present CODIUM's solutions (e-Memo, AI, automation, custom systems) in a clear, engaging way.
• Lead live demos, mockups, and proof-of-concepts.
• Work with PMs and Tech Leads to design architectures and estimate scopes.
• Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and solution slides.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the presales process.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years in presales, solution engineering, or software consulting.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
