- บัญชีลูกหนี้-ทำใบแจ้งหนี้ รับชำระหนี้ ออกใบเสร็จรับเงิน/ใบกำกับภาษี
- บัญชีเจ้าหนี้-ทำตั้งหนี้ในระบบ-ตัดจ่ายชำระหนี้ในระบบ ในรอบบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบเอกสาร-บันทึกในระบบบัญชี รวมไปถึงยื่นภาษีต่างๆ
- ดูแลรับผิดชอบงานในส่วนของบัญลูกหนี้-เจ้าหนี้ ปิดบัญชีในแต่ละเดือน
หาสาเหตุของผลต่างที่เกิดขึ้นในส่วนต่างๆ จัดทำรายงานประจำเดือน รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์เบื้องต้นรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25-30 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีด้านบัญชีหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ ด้าน AP 1-3 ปี
- ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft Office ได้ดีเยี่ยม
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชีสำเร็จรูปได้
