หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1.ส่งเสริม ผลักดัน ให้เกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้ การให้คำปรึกษา การดำเนินงานด้าน WCM
2.ประเมินผลการดำเนินงานด้าน WCM
3.รายงานผลการดำเนินงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับขั้นตอนตาม WCM ให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาได้รับทราบ จัดทำรายงานความก้าวหน้าเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
4.จัดทำระบบในการรวบรวมข้อมูล เพื่อนำไป แบ่งปัน องค์ความรู้ และส่งเสริมให้มีการนำไปขยายผลภายในเครือเบทาโกร
5.กิจกรรม Promotion-Award และ ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายใน - ภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ WCM
6.ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ หรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้ทางด้าน WCM (กิจกรรมส่งเสริมการผลิต เช่น TPM, 5S, KSS, QCC, TQM)
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- สถานที่ปฎิบัติงาน โรงงานอาหารสัตว์ จ.นครปฐม
