• Act as the primary technical contact between Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams regarding painting-related topics.
• Set up, trial, and fine-tune printing machine and printing robots to achieve optimum production conditions, minimizing defects and ensuring visual quality.
• Lead and manage all technical aspects of the printing and painting process, from surface preparation to finished both process.
• Quality & Color control: Ensure precise color matching, ink mixing, and printing quality to meet strict customer specifications.
• Process Improvement: Monitor the production process, reduce waste (loss/scrap), and solve on-site technical issues effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering fields.
• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Production engineering, specifically in plastic printing and painting processes.
• Must-Have Skill: Strong expertise in printing processes, color matching, and controlling color shades.
• Experience with color control, adhesion testing, and paint durability evaluation.
• Experience with automated painting systems, paint robot, and environmental control systems.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving skill, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in automotive or electronics manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
• Able to communicate effectively in English.
