• We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support both sales and marketing activities.
• This role covers marketing execution, event coordination, lead generation, and sales support to help drive business growth.
• You will work closely with Sales, Engineering, and regional teams to create marketing content, manage digital channels, coordinate exhibitions and customer events, and support sales activities from lead generation through project follow-up.
• Sales Support.
• Support the sales team with presentations, customer communications, meetings, visits, and technical seminars.
• Maintain customer and project records, sales reports, and opportunity tracking.
• Support lead generation, follow-up activities, and sales/marketing reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth execution of sales and marketing activities.
• Marketing & Digital Communications.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, social media, the company website, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Support SEO and digital marketing activities to improve online visibility.
• Develop brochures, case studies, presentations, and other marketing materials.
• Translate technical information into clear and engaging marketing content.
• Use AI tools to support content creation and improve marketing productivity.
• Graphic Design & Content Creation.
• Create basic graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
• Produce and edit basic video and multimedia content.
• Ensure consistent company branding across all marketing materials.
• Events & Exhibitions.
• Coordinate trade exhibitions, conferences, customer seminars, and marketing events.
• Manage event promotion, booth design, promotional materials, suppliers, and contractors.
• Ensure activities are completed on time and within budget.
• Support lead generations before, during, and after events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration.
• Work closely with Sales and Engineering teams to understand products, applications, and customer needs.
• Support business development activities.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or a related role.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or technical industries is preferred.
• Experience managing LinkedIn, social media, websites, and digital marketing activities.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Search.
• Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools, with basic video editing skills.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT and AI-powered content creation tools.
• Able to turn technical information into clear and engaging marketing content.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Strong Thai and English communication and writing skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with Sales, Engineering, customers, and suppliers.
• Interest in industrial technology, process engineering, automation, and powder & bulk material handling systems.
