Design work for interior of projects, houses and condos as assigned. Follow up work and coordinate with related units such as construction work, Supplier etc. Minimum 3 years of experience in residential interior design (houses, condos, or similar projects) required. Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture, specifically Interior Design. Proficiency with design software including AUTO CAD, 3D MAX, SKETCH UP. Design and presentation preparation competency required. Applicants must submit a portfolio for consideration. Position available: 1. Age range: 23-30 years old.

• Participate in planning and competitor analysis, and execute marketing activities aligned with the overall marketing strategy including developing campaigns, promotions, events, and related marketing materials.
• Coordinate the organization of marketing activities to drive sales, such as arranging events and exhibition booths for new project launches and projects currently on sale.
• Manage expenses to stay within the budget set by company policy.
• Prepare sales and marketing-related documents and reports, and present them to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Inspect show homes/model units on a monthly basis to ensure they are sale-ready, and prepare inspection reports.
• Undertake special projects as assigned to support the development of current and future work.
• Able to drive with a valid driver's license (company vehicle provided).
