• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive membership acquisition, engagement, and retention for M GEN and M PASS.
• Plan and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns, promotions, and member-exclusive benefits.
• Create customer-centric campaigns that enhance the member experience and increase loyalty.
• Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign performance to identify insights and business opportunities.
• Utilize customer data and analytics tools to support marketing decisions and optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Define customer segmentation and develop targeted marketing initiatives based on customer needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing, CRM, Operations, and external partners to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvement plans to achieve business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM, Loyalty Program, Product Marketing, or Campaign Management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable marketing insights.
• Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Creative mindset with strong project management and communication skills.
• Experience in membership, subscription, entertainment, retail, or lifestyle business is a plus.
