• Develop and implement strategic production plans, workflow structures, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
• Lead and manage daily production operations across coil manufacturing lines to achieve production targets.
• Oversee workforce planning, training programs, and performance evaluations to maintain a competent and motivated production team.
• Enforce rigorous quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company specifications and international standards.
• Control internal factory operations by reviewing and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Monitor production KPIs, conduct performance analysis, and compile detailed reports for senior management.
• Initiate and drive continuous improvement projects to reduce costs, enhance productivity, improve process stability, and minimize downtime.
• Perform other assigned duties.
• Bachelor's /Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Production Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of relevant manufacturing experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong technical understanding of coil manufacturing, production processes, equipment operation, and quality management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience in refrigeration systems will be considered a plus.
