• Coordinate with government offices and prepare related documents for registration such as with the Ministry of Commerce, Board of Investment, Revenue Department, Department of Intellectual Property, Social Security Office or other departments to achieve assigned tasks such as company registration, licensing or other client requirements.

• Prepare, draft and review commercial contracts in Thai and English in compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide legal advice to clients and to assist the company in its operations.
• Carrying out legal research based on inquiries.
• Report to supervisors on a daily basis regarding inquiries, work status and general issues and provide assistance with any other work as may be required from time to time.
• Lawyers License required
• Experience working in the corporate legal field (2-3 years)
• English proficiency required
