As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving revenue growth through effective account stewardship. • What you'll be doing.
• Managing and nurturing long-term relationships with assigned accounts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for account expansion, upselling and cross-selling within your portfolio.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for your accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Developing and implementing tailored account strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Conducting regular business reviews with clients to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborating with internal teams including sales, product and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account information in our CRM system.

• 3+ years of proven experience in account management or a similar client-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of the sales cycle and ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
