- Project Leadership - Interface strongly, on a day-to-day basis with global/local project core team, taking the lead on behalf of process development function in planning and execution of processing program into trial/test/measurement activities.
- Drive Processing agenda (i.e., Waste from Innovation/Renovation, Process Statistic Control, Quality, Saving from Processing, etc.) across ASIA.
- Represent regional process development team in global networks discussion to share all learning and long-term strategies.
- EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or equivalent experience in capability field.
- 3-5 years experience in FMCG R&D and process development, preferred Food and Refreshment categories with proven track record is desirable.
- High English proficiency. Good oral and written communication skills, and solid presentation skills are required.
- Good Planning and organization of assigned tasks and trials.
- Has a good knowledge of data/digital and exploit tools effectively to manage Data, Information & Knowledge effectively. Able to translate and transform data into insight/ actions and make decisions based on information at hand.
- Demonstrates natural curiosity for food & refreshment innovation and technology. Brings technology insights into project team and takes actions on them.
- Must be fully operational on process engineering skills, identified capability and resource requirement for project.
- Basic knowledge of Foods Ingredients and, interaction between ingredients on Processing and, semi/finished goods.
