• Oversee the Group's branding and identity to ensure a consistent image across all hospital subsidiaries.
• Direct internal and external communication strategies to ensure clear messaging to stakeholders and the public.
• Lead the creative design and multimedia production teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral that supports the Group's objectives.
• Champion digital marketing as a primary business driver, overseeing the promotion of digital tools such as Telemedicine apps and Patient Portals.
• Lead the implementation of Marketing Technology (MarTech) and CRM automation to enhance patient engagement and retention.
• Oversee online storefronts, digital product sales, payment systems, e-vouchers, and the execution of high-impact digital sales campaigns.
• Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and IT to ensure seamless technical implementation of commercial tools.
• Supervise the expansion of overseas referral agent networks, clinical partnerships, and the medical tourism pipeline.
• Drive B2B and corporate growth strategies within Thailand and strengthen local physician referral networks.
• Ensure a seamless patient journey by overseeing the referral coordination unit for both international and local incoming patients.
• About you.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Commercial, Marketing, or Business Development roles, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record in a leadership role within a multi-site or group organizational structure.
• Demonstrated success in driving digital transformation and e-commerce initiatives.
• Deep understanding of CRM, MarTech, and Data Analytics.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare landscape in Thailand and the international medical tourism market.
• Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
• High-level negotiation and relationship-building capabilities for international partnerships and B2B.
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.
