• Working closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering and Marketing teams, you will play a key role in delivering technical solutions that support business growth, enhance customer confidence, and ensure excellent after-sales support.
• Provide technical consultation and pre-sales support for Solar PV, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Chargers, Inverters and other renewable energy products.
• Support the sales team by recommending suitable technical solutions based on customer requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, product specifications, datasheets, manuals, presentations and other supporting documents.
• Review and maintain product technical information to ensure accuracy and up-to-date knowledge.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and installation training for customers, distributors and internal teams.
• Develop technical training materials, user guides and knowledge base documentation.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and operations teams to ensure customer requirements can be delivered efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues together with manufacturers and internal stakeholders.
• Collect market feedback and product improvement recommendations to support product management and business development.
• Build strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, installers and business partners by providing timely technical support.
• Support new product launches and technical marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Sales Support, Pre-Sales Engineering, Sales Engineering or Technical Service within the Solar, Renewable Energy or Electrical industry.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, Inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), EV Charging solutions or related electrical equipment.
• Experience in system design, technical proposal preparation and customer technical consultation.
• Experience conducting technical training and product demonstrations.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of PVsyst, AutoCAD or other solar design software.
• Experience working with international solar equipment manufacturers.
• Understanding of electrical standards, IEC and local regulations.
