• Organize and control area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet all sales targets and those they carry out their responsibilities to the required standards.
• Manage and Develop relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
• Coordinate all marketing plans and activities with others managers and staff in the company to ensure that the plan are delivered effectively.
• Monitor and control the budget for the area to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financials controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in leading regional sales team or experienced in oil and gas industries.
• Experience in developing strategy for regional sales team and lead to develop key account/territory plan.
• Experience in leading key project to achieve business or organization objective.
• Experience in conducting class room training and in-filed coaching for sales team.
