• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely response to inquiries and requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including content, media, production team, etc. to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all work meets client expectations and agency standards.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic guidance to clients for competitive advantage.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with clients to expand the scope of services and increase revenue.
• Provide leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
• Represent the agency at client meetings, proposal presentations, and performance reports.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors or MD.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, AE or marketing, preferably in the Chinese market.
• Understand digital marketing, platforms, social media (If able to understand Chinese marketing is preferable).
• Good in Thai, English and Chinese verbal and writing skills (Chinese is a MUST with HSK level 5 or above).
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.
• Excellent presentation skill in Thai (English and Chinese will be a plus).
• Punctual, confident and love challenges.
• Passionate to learn new things especially related to the Chinese market, trends that are related and marketing.
• Able to work independently and proactively, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure situation and with limited timeline.
