• Work closely with Salespersons during customer visits to understand warehouse operations, site conditions, processes, and customer pain points.
• Provide technical consultation and recommendations on warehouse automation, automated vehicles, and intralogistics solutions.
• Support Salespersons in identifying automation opportunities within existing and potential customer accounts.
• Conduct site surveys and gather relevant technical information for solution development.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into suitable automation solutions.
• Prepare solution concepts, technical information, quotations, and proposals in collaboration with relevant internal teams.
• Present and explain proposed solutions to customers in a clear and professional manner.
• Respond to customer technical questions and provide appropriate technical solutions throughout the sales process.
• Coordinate with internal departments and technical stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with customer requirements.
• Proactively support and follow up on open opportunities together with the Sales team.
• Arrange and support proper project kick-off sessions with internal stakeholders once orders are confirmed.
• Sales Collaboration.
• Partner closely with Salespersons as a technical expert, helping them build stronger customer relationships and increase sales opportunities.
• Support Sales in developing new business opportunities by identifying potential applications for warehouse automation.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers throughout the sales journey.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling of other company products and services.
• Market & Business Development.
• Stay active in the market and maintain a strong understanding of warehouse, intralogistics, and automation trends.
• Monitor customer needs, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities.
• Participate in trade exhibitions, customer events, product demonstrations, and other product-related activities.
• Support marketing and product activities to increase market awareness of warehouse automation solutions.
• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field from a recognized university.
• Preferably Licensed Engineer (Associate Level) registered with the Council of Engineers Thailand.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse products, automation, intralogistics, or related technical sales/support roles.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must.
• Proficiency in software tools, e.g. MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Able to work collaboratively with Sales and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
