Brazn is an enterprise SaaS company providing an open IoT platform, helping companies increase revenues and productivity by transforming their spaces, buildings, facilities and security operations through cutting edge technology.

You’ll be our Program Manager, helping us with product releases and customer deployment projects as well as working across development and business teams.

You will have to be based in Bangkok and be relentlessly customer focused.

What you will do:

The Program Manager plays a critical role as an interface between the product, development and sales and marketing teams. Product release planning and prioritisation as well as meeting committed milestones in coordination with customer release requirements will be a key part of the role:

·         Working with development teams to prioritise release features and understand sprint prioritization and tradeoffs on the backlog.

·         Manage a project plan and timeline to understand the optimal timing and release of high impact customer features to exceed requirements.

·         Feed into short term and long term product roadmap planning.

Who you are:

Your Experience

·         Drive for excellence in execution and persistent nature

·         Experience in a technology startup, or track record in a similar role, having managed customer-centric programs

·         Experience in technology and development with knowledge of programming languages including Python, Javascript, NodeJS, databases

·         Track record with problem solving of customer issues and working with development teams

Your Skills and Qualifications

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Comfortable operating effectively in an uncertain and changing environment

·         English speaking, in addition to Thai

·         Fast learner, driven, “can-do” attitude, fun

·         High level of accuracy and attention to detail

·         6+ years of work experience

·         Knowledge of Machine Learning and Computer Vision AI will be a huge plus
