- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Support HR Manager in all HR's activities
- Manage HR administrative functions manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits including preparation of Offer Letter and Employee Agreement
- Supporting the recruitment process (working closely with the regional recruitment team)
- Conduct HR policies, process and procedures to keep Company abreast of current practice and according to requirement needs
- Deal with employee request regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations
- Preparing updated organizational charts on monthly basis and maintains complete/accurate personnel records.
- Benefit inputs: Social security; and Life and Health insurance
- Conduct an orientation/on boarding to new staff
- HR database reports: HRIS, HC, FTE and staff turnover
- Payroll data input: Provide monthly staff movement and leave record to Finance
- Monitor staff performance and attendance activities
- Training records: Input staff's internal training hours into internal system
- Arrange the annual Company's Outing, Physical Check-up, New Year Party, and Recognition Party
- People Committee Lead
- Gender : Male only
- Age(Yr) : 35 – 37 years old
- Education Level : Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree in Business Management , Human resource Management or Related field
- Experience (Yr) : 5 years or more than
- Able to write & speak good English & communication in Email.
- Able to use Microsoft Office well.
- Capable of presentation information. Coordination both within and outside the organization.
- Psychological study
- Knowledge of office administration
- Knowledge of human resource management and supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills & team building skills
- The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties
