Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial, Logistic or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in import, BOI or Purchasing
• Good knowledge of BOI and import documentation
• Good command of English language (communication and written)
• Need to have ability multi-task, problem solving and negotiation skills, team-oriented and the ability to work under pressure

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise all oversea purchases and import activities
• Control import material under BOI and FTA
• Handle non-conformity material
• Process shipping instructions, Invoices and Packaging list
• To review and check import documents
• Checking the condition in the shipment document
• Generating import entry declaration customs via electronic
• Studying new rule changes for customs regulation
• Contact shipping broker, agent, freight forwarder and liner for custom clearance.
• Contact insurance and claim
• Contact government
