Human Resource Manager - Samitivej Chonburi Hospital (Chonburi)
atSamitivej Hospitals (BDMS)- Responsible for manpower planning, developing creative recruitment solutions for the organization to attract the appropriate level and quality of staffs by fulfillment of the requirements
- Responsible for ensure all Human Resource policies and procedures are communicated to and understood by all employee also review and updating the employee handbook, company rules and regulations
- Responsible for maintaining HR information , by prompt preparation of all appropriate documents, and by monitoring problems and issues and promptly reporting to Manager, with recommendations, as appropriate.
- Managing HR team by providing coaching and training as necessary in all aspects of the HR function.
- Ensuring that all company internal controls requirements are fulfilled and all company personnel data is strictly maintained
- Performing other HR functions as needed.
- Male Age 30-37 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Political Science, Business Administration or other related fields
- At least 7 years experience in Human Resources Department is preferable
- Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership qualification
- Must have vision of future HR with strong management knowledge
- Service and task-oriented mind
