Responsibilities

Lead the operations for all Brand and Creative projects

Manage growth of in-house creative team, which includes photography, styling, retouching, and copywriting teams to meet business needs.

Direct responsibility for a team of Creative Project Managers and the wider in house Photostudio teams.

Management of all creative projects to ensure production budgets and timelines are met.

Identify inefficiencies and initiate process improvements to improve workflows.

Create SOPs and ensure compliance of processes and projects.

Help support the goals of the organization to maintain and expand the business and meet/exceed internal stakeholder expectations.

Ensure daily and weekly KPI goals are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

Experience working for a Photostudio, Creative Agency or E-commerce brand/retailer

Previous experience managing a photo studio highly preferred

Creative problem solver with strategic thinking skills

Experience managing creative teams

Strong leadership and project management skills

Highly organized with strong project management capabilities

Experience using JIRA / Confluence a bonus

Fluent in English
