Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing application projects
• Analysis, provide consultation and support business users of applications, reports, and other technologies
• Provide first level support, investigate technical issues, assign and follow up with a technical team
• Maintain existing applications, and reports system
• Perform SIT and UAT of problem corrections and system enhancements
• Implement configuration updates or changes via change management process

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences or related fields.
• Technical background in SQL skill SQL server 2008 or later, oracle 10g or later
• Strong analytic and problem-solving skill.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
