Loss Prevention Manager
atWatsons Thailand- Ensure all security, investigations, employee vetting, security system and administrative functions are conducted in an efficient and effective manner
- Ensures regular reports, forecasts, and required documentation are compiled on time
- Maintain Central filing system. Ensure all details are correct and files are up-to-date
- Personally participate in conducting investigations; coordinates and supervises the on-the-job training and refresher training programs for the staff; schedules annual on-the-job firearm training, if applicable
- Submit periodic reports to Loss Prevention Controller regarding status of investigation
- Maintain the Outsource Security Guarding Company to ensure that they perform as security definition policy
- Maintain the safety policy for all employees must be conducted to prevent the injury from working within line production
