• Handle for BOI, VISA, and work permit for expatriate. Responsible for any Japanese related issue e.g. expat family education expense, apartment.
• Business trip arrangement.
• Business reservation. (E.g. Hotel reservation)
• Control monthly private expense and Corporate card usage report.
• Monthly summary of air ticket expense.
• Support company protocol. (Conference, Meeting)
• Legal & Administration internal purchasing control and fixed asset control.
• Coordinate with Translation and Interpretation Company.
• Perform other related duties as superior needed.

• Male/Female, age 23-29 years old . New Graduate also welcome *
• Bachelor's degree in Japanese language or any related field
• Experience in Legal & Administration function (Purchasing, Administrative tasks) and generalist in the multinational company would be advantage.
• Good interpersonal & business communication and consultation skill.
• Proficient with MS office.
• Good in written and spoken English and Japanese.
