Assistant Manager, HR
atAdidas (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Role Purpose
To ensure that all human resources & administration-related functions are managed effectively. Ensure that all HR practices are adhere to company and governments policy.
Primary Accountabilities
Act as HR Business Partner for corporate and warehouse by handling recruitment support, compensation & benefits administration, employee acitivities, training & development and other Human Resources Management related functions. Also, prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy/ HR related issues.
Secondary Accountatbilities
Support recruitment and selection process
Prepare employment contract and hiring approval for new corporate and warehouse employees and ensure that all new employees documents and records are filed completely and correct.
Develop onboarding and offboarding program to be well-organised and more effcient
Monitor employees probation completion and ensure their benefit starts on the sytem
Manage and verify payroll for all employees to ensure timely & accurately
Administer social security, provident fund, health insurance, and other general welfare for the employees.
Verify employees overtime calculation and ensure that its accurately and submit on a timely basis.
Plan and organise employees activities to encourage employee engagement.
Record referral program and ensure its reward is paid in time
Maintain well-organized employee records (staff and supervisory level), and all company contracts. Ensure that all updates are done as required.
Continuously study, update, and keep Senior Management inform of the new labor law. Ensure that all company regulations comply with an updated law & regulations.
Conduct salary survey on an annual basis to ensure the competitiveness of adidas (Thailand)s compensation program.
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Being responsible for training and development plans, identifying training and development needs, developing new training programs & improving existing programs, and, setting up training roadmaps
Prepare reports and ad-hoc as required by supervisor.
Pre-requisite Knowledge / Skills / Addendum
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, or related field. Master degree would be advantages.
Minimum of 3 years work experience in HR related field
Have good understanding of HR business requirements, outgoing, possess good organizing skill. High integrity, result &detail-oriented, and can maintain companys confidentiality regarding HR issues.
Able to communicate well in Thai, with good understanding of English
