Data Analyst

atVF Asia Limited- Vietnam Representative Office
  • Professionally Tracking, monitoring and coordinating with Alliance for Bangladesh Worker Safety, VF internal management/team & factories to support global work of the Global Responsible Sourcing team.
  • Systematically collect, develop and manage an efficient Bangladeshi factories' remediation data collection, analysis and report correctly.
  • Identify strategic questions to be asked and develop insights based on available data
  • Develop and own a cadence for monthly and quarterly reporting/KPIs
  • Create visually pleasing reports for various internal & external audiences that enable business, decision making (Sustainable Operations Team, VF Sourcing teams, VF brands, VF Corporate Communications and senior leadership, factory partners, key stakeholder groups)
  • Continuously improve analysis and reporting system by soliciting feedback from colleagues
  • Handling analysis projects for the Global Responsible Sourcing Team
  • To act as the point of communication in issuing team's newsletter to the organization
  • To support Ad Hoc data related requests
  • Academic Requirement: Bachelor or above (with majors: Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science or Management Information System)
  • Minimum Relevant Experience: >= 5 years
  • Required Professional Qualification:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Exceptional data management & analytical skills with attention for detail

    • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), data analysis.

    • Advance business intelligence tools (SPSS, R, Cognos etc.) is a big plus.

    • Intermediate graphic design skills (Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop)

    • Fluent to native-level English

    • Other Asian languages are an asset
