The Supply Chain Consultant engages with the top customers in Thailand with aim to develop a thorough understanding of their business models and processes while capitalizing on the value that UPS offers. He/She provides consultative sales support to the sales organization to enhance and improve customers' business with value-added and configurable solutions.

• Conducts customer research to understand the customer's business model and maximize discussions on solutions while building and strengthening relationships.
• Meet and engage customer's internal stakeholders in a discovery process to determine goals, issues, needs and opportunities.
• Collaborates with the Sales team to evaluate and determine costs of solutions, formulate account strategies for leveraging solutions, and gain agreement on established value propositions.
• Prepares customer proposal and presentations to demonstrate the value of UPS's solutions.
• Develops business by proposing new ideas, methods, and technology solutions.
• Conducts both formal and informal training for the sales force and external customers.
• Balances multiple projects and deployment schedules to meet stakeholder's requirements.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Engineering/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in similar capacity preferably in Logistics / Service industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player who possesses strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Tech savvy with the ability to position and present UPS solutions to internal and external customers.
