Program Management Assistant Manager (based in Suanluang - Bangkok)
atUPS SCS Services (Thailand) LimitedThe Program Management Assistant Manager supports customer accounts across all tiers. He/She analyzes and responds to escalations from customers and facilitates resolutions to be in place.
This position maintains ongoing relationships with customers and advises with customer set ups. The Program Management Assistant Manager provides service failure recovery management, issue management, change management, and project management support to account owner and stakeholders.
- Drive process ownership.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal and/or external stakeholders.
- Serves as the primary escalation point of contact for Customer.
- Supports global account customers to deliver program capability and realize program benefits.
- Provides solution and implementation support.
- Maintains ongoing relationships with customers and identify account penetration opportunities.
- Prepare performance review materials by analyzing data from various systems and working with people in different countries/functions.
- Provide insight for the account owner and senior management to facilitate the decision making.
- Identify drivers for customer behavior trends and recommend appropriate measures.
- Setup, measure initiatives, project, program performance.
- Support customer account business planning by establishing baseline trends, incorporating planning inputs from various parties and preparing and rationalizing forecast and planning data.
- Maintain and enhance the existing mechanisms and reports.
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Business related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of related experience in similar capacity in Supply Chain, Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Strong command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Customer-oriented with strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate strong numerate, analytical skills. Attentive to details.
- Qualities of matured thinking, dependable and requires minimum supervision.
- Team player and a self-starter. Communicate effectively (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with hands-on skills in data analysis with Access and Excel. Strong Powerpoint preparation skills is preferred.
- Candidate must be comfortable to travel within Thailand as and when required for on-site client visits.
