The Market Intelligence and Growth Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of go to market growth projects. S/he also analyses the market and gathers competitive intelligence on the cross-border logistics industry in Thailand.

• Supports the designs of Competitive and Market Intelligence (CMI) materials to ensure ease of access, consistency, and timeliness in design and execution of information delivery.
• Monitors and resolves issues within the CMI portal to ensure full portal capabilities for users.
• Creates and distributes standard CMI deliverables and client requested informational research to provide answers to commonly asked competitor capabilities.
• Gathers competitor information through research techniques (i.e., news monitoring, earnings calls, patent searches, etc.) to report on competitor activities and identify competitor trends.
• Evaluates source bias for reliability and credibility to ensure the validity of source data needed for UPS response.
• Uses quantitative methodologies to produce analytic insights related to competitor activities and market direction.
• Performs financial, operational, and go to market analyses with tools such as four corners, five forces, value chain, STEEP/PESTLE, and mind mapping to identify threats and opportunities to UPS' market space.

• Bachelor Degree (Economics, Finance or Marketing Analytics)
• At least 3 years work experience in an analytics based position in a service related industry
• Strong communication skill in English for both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills in Thai
• Good presentation and public speaking skill
• Excellent analytical skill
• Excellent data management and computer skills (MS Excel and MS Access)
• Detailed and result oriented
• Team-oriented and also able to work independently
