What we do?

EGG Digital provides retail management solution and mobile technology services to comprehensively meet the need of retail and SME. From analyzing the business requirements to implement and recommend the proper solution that helps seamless business & customer journey across all touch points to create an effective O2O ecosystem.

• Handle digital platform project and collaborate with internal and external parties such as the Business team, Tech Team, and Operation Team.
• Support Projects Lead in determining the digital roadmap
• Analysis and reporting for assigned projects
• Coordinate with Key role for Project follow up and tracking for Ensure Project Timeline.
• Work Closely with Business Stakeholder to conduct a feasibility study, business impact analysis, ROI.
• Work Closely with Tech team such as Development, and QA for ensure system is meet requirement and timeline.
• Drive deliverable pertaining to annual operating planning and strategic workforce planning for the Digital Transformation team

• 5 Years of Experience in Project Management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineer or business-related fields is required
• Experience in CRM, POS (Point of Sales), e-commerce, Digital Platform
• Having Good Presentation skill both Thai-English
• Data analytic skills
