ลักษณะงาน :
- รับสายจากลูกค้า (เก่าและใหม่)
- ให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำเกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร
โน้มน้าวลูกค้าให้ซื้อผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร
- ตอบคำถามลูกค้าในเรื่องต่างๆ เช่น รายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ สถานะการส่ง
สินค้า,รับเรื่องปัญหาต่างๆ
- โทรหาลูกค้า เพื่อเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์เสริมอาหาร
เพศหญิง วุฒิปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
- อายุ 25-35 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์งานด้าน Call Centre มาไม่ต่ำกว่า 1 ปี
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารการนำเสนอที่ดี
- บุคลิกภาพดี น้ำเสียงไพเราะ รักงานขายและบริการ
- ยืดหยุ่น สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
- บริษัทมีการอบรมให้ก่อนเริ่มงาน
สวัสวดิการ
-เงินเดือน 15,000 บาท เบี้ยขยัน 1500 บาท
- ทำงาน จ-ศ และ 2 เสาร์ ต่อเดือน เวลา 9.30-18.30
- มีค่าคอมมิชชั่น สูงสุด 10%
- ทำงาน ใกล้ MRT ลุมพินี
- มีประกันสังคม
