 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing communication or related fields
• At least 1 year experience as a trainer for sales or marketing related activities
• Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in telesales industry and insurance products
• Reliable, can work in dynamic business structures, good communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

 Responsibilities

• Prepare training material in Powerpoint and video format
• Prepare agent tests conducted after the training
• Conduct training of up to 20 agents simultaneously
• Conduct system and on the job training
• Report training outcome and agent score to management
• Live listen to agent calls, consolidate feedback and retrain agents
• Analyze knowledge gaps from agents and prepare follow up training accordingly
• Conduct training for new insurance products released by our partners
