Officer/Senior Officer/Assistant Manager - Marketing
atGolden Land Property Development PLC- ทำการสำรวจข้อมูลการตลาดของทั้ง บ้านเดี่ยว ทาวน์โฮม
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปเพื่อให้เห็นช่องว่างตลาด
- กำหนด Marketing Campaign, Action Plan
- จัดหา Media ที่เหมาะสมเพื่อให้บรรลุเป้าหมาย
- ติดตามผล รายงานสถานการณ์การขายในโครงการที่ดูแล ประเมินสถานการณ์ สรุปการขายในแต่ละ Campaign
- ปริญญาตรี - โท สาขาการตลาดหรือที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการตลาด 1 - 7 ปี จากบริษัทอสังหาริมทรัพย์
- มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์และรถยนต์ส่วนตัว
- มีความคล่องตัวในการทำงาน ปฏิบัติงานในวันหยุดได้
- ใช้งาน MS Office ได้คล่อง
- สามารถปฏิบัติงานได้ทั้งในกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษอยู่ในระดับดี ทั้งการพูดและเขียน
