Manager - Building Maintenance
atGolden Land Property Development PLC- Monitor and follow up with building's engineering and operation team for security and safety, maintenance, utility consumption and others engineering related issues.
- Audit and check building system and engineering.
- Initiate and monitor energy saving project.
- Monitor and recommend building renovation and improvement project.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field required
- Experience in building maintenance role
- Effective interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
