Leasing Administrator
atGolden Land Property Development PLC- Assist in all leasing and marketing activities including but not limited to new lettings and renewal cases, market research, lease negotiation, tenancy search, tenancy administration and lease enquiries etc.
- Prepare and checking all related leasing documents within timeline i.e rental proposal, offer letter, leasing agreements, terms and condition and cover notes, monthly rental report, monthly lease summary etc.
- Maintain tenant database, lease agreement database, and tenant correspondence database.
- Provide efficient, accurate and responsive administrative support to the team
- Handle all enquiries / complaints of leasing and prepare relevant legal documents for leasing
- Handle telephone enquiries from management offices, property agencies and contractors
- Coordinate with agents, consultants and contractors
- Bachelor Degree in Real Estate / Property Management / Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years or above relevant working experience, preferably property leasing
- Good negotiation and communication skills with passion at work
- Able to communicate with different classes of people
- Good PC skills e.g MS Words, Excel, and Power Point
- Good command in spoken and written Thai and English
- Detail-minded, proactive and willing to learn
