Responsibilities:

• Interpreter and Administration
• Translate documents from Thai to English and English to Thai
• Translate documents from Japanese to Thai/English and Thai/English to Japanese
• Interpreting between the Japanese and Thai during general conversations and meeting.
• Supporting the Japanese/Thai Management.
• Draft letters of correspondence formal letters to all type of the organization.
• Take the minutes and summary of documents.
• Work tasks and is responsible for the operation Secretary, according to the plan
• Co-operate with HQ in Japan and Group Company
• Coordinate and support between other organization and each department
• Able to communicate with foreign customers
• Handle administrative and purchasing task.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Female, age between 25-40 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Japanese or related field
• At least 3 years of Japanese-English interpreter/translator experiences.
• Good command of Japanese (Japanese language proficiency test Level N2-N1)
• Good command of English (TOIEC 600 or above)
• Computer proficiency.
