Test Engineer

atAutoliv (Thailand) Ltd.
  • Establish testing equipments and instructions.
  • Ensure the calibration result of measuring and testing equipments from both of inhouse and outside autoliv.
  • Ensure the test result meet regulation or customer requirement
  • Communicate with the subordinator to get support as needed.
  • Maintain good subordinator relations, which include appropriate responses to their needs and training.
  • Support COP Section Manager for (budgetting) and coordinate COP data.
  • Support an internal audit, customer audit and third party audit.
  • Maintain good house keeping-5S.
  • To have completed bachelor degree in industrial engineering or other suitable qualifications with at least 1-3 years experience in products/materials testing in automotive manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QS-9000 or ISO/TS 16949 is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of a test regulation specificatoin (ECE , JIS , FMVSS , TIS) is an advantage
  • Knowledge of a proventive maintenance of a test equipment is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of an automation system and data acquisition system in an advantage
