Engineering Manager (40k-70k/ Prachuap Kirikhan)
atSiam Agro-Food Industry PCL- Developing long and short-term maintenance plans/programs to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition.
- Planning and managing maintenance work with team or with subcontractors.
- Coordinating with concerned departments in dealing with restaurant construction and renovation (design, operations, procurement and management teams)
- Estimating and recording costs of repair and maintenance of machinery, equipment or building structures.
- Managing high-quality repair and maintenance work of all equipment and facilities in a timely manner according to company standards, policies and procedures.
- Implementing policy for restaurant repairs, maintenance and construction
- Dealing with and reporting all facilities problems within the store.
- Managing the installation of mechanical and electrical system
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in repair and maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in team management or being a team leader
- Have background in building systems and construction work
- Experience working for restaurant, hotel, catering, airport or similar service company is preferred.
- Possess project management skill
