หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ
- บริหารฝ่ายงานให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- ทำแผนงบประมาณของฝ่ายงาน
- ดูแลสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าในส่วนของการบริการหลังการขาย
- ดูแลงานเอกสารโครงการต่างๆให้ถูกต้องเรียบร้อย
- เพิ่มลูกค้ากลุ่มสัญญาบริการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการบริหารคลังสินค้าให้เหมาะสม
คุณสมบัติ
- จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานเอกสารของบริษัท
- มีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการหลังการขาย โดยเฉพาะสินค้าเทคโนโลยี
- เข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานระบบจัดเก็บสินค้าคงคลัง
- มีประสบการณ์การดูแลลูกค้ารายใหญ่
- สื่อสารด้วยภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานระบบ ISO 9001:2015 (ถ้ามี)
